
So this is Amber and Ben. Ben is Jesse's cousin and Amber is often my inspiration for working out. As you can see, she is beautiful and if I had a body shot you would see that she is really in great shape. I often check in on her blog to see how many miles she ran for the day and often leave with my mouth hanging when I see that she burned over 1000 calories in one work-out. Anyway, Amber issued a challege on her blog a couple of days ago, and feeling I needed to shake up the old routine, I took in on.
So today..
I rode the bike for 20 min.
Did 100 push-ups
100 (jumping) pull-ups
300 squats
100 calf raises (I added that as I like good looking calves)
and then back on the bike for another 20 mins.
I thought it was an exhausting work-out and just the challenge I needed. And can I just say, "I feel pretty good about it in that I am a good 10 years or so older than Amber." Yea for older gals trying to keep up with the youngens.

Wow, that is such a work out. You are really putting in the time and effort.
