4-5 Pork Sirlion Boneless chops
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown pork chops in pan using both butter and oil.
Remove pork chops once browned and add one sliced onion and two tsps garlic to pan. Cook onions till tender.
Add one can mushroom soup and 1 1/4 cup milk to pan.
In deep dish, place about 4 thinly sliced potatoes (I used red potatoes and left the peel on).
Place pork chops on top of potatoes and pour sauce over. Cook for 30-45 min. at 350.
