I turned 37 yesterday and these were the statements made by my kids:Ella: "Mom, I drew this birthday cake for you. Do you mind if I only put seven candles on it because you're way too old."
Parker: " How does it feel to be that old? Do you think you"ll die soon?"
Jack: "I love you mom, you're beautiful" I can always count on Jack.
Asher : "I did it" It's what he always says these days. That and "Gross"
Funny but I just don't feel as old as my kids think I am.

Fortunately for us we will never look as old as our kids think we are. I love you and think you are the second best looking 37 year old I know (in case you didn't know that was a total joke.) You've aged beautifully sister of mine.

Happy 37th! I hit my 30's last month and I think I'm gonna like 'em. They're not nearly as old as I used to think they were. 37 sounds downright young to me these days. You look fabulous, darling!

I remember asking my mom, "Mom when you lived in the olden days did they have ... " Of course, my mom was mortified. It late came back to haunt me when I had kids. They said similar things to yours.
