I made this last night and invited our good friends the Alexanders over and it was a big hit.
Turkey Dumplings
Left over Turkey
Two cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
Fill cans with water and add to pot (I added a third can of water)
One stick of butter
1 tsp of oregano and basil
Put all of the above ingredients into pot. Bring to boil and then let simmer about 30 mins.
About 10 mins before your ready to serve add about ten tortillas cut into strips. Stir only once to cover tortillas. Do not stir again till ready to serve.

Sounds just wonderful. Can you tell me about how much turkey you used? I've always loved your recipes.
I cut up a good two handfuls. I guess it depends on how much meat you want in it.
Thanks, I think this is much the same as your chicken and dumplings I've made and loved. Do I use flour tortillas or corn?
