A strange thing happened last night...
My husband actually came home from work. The last time the kids saw him was Sunday night. It was so nice to have even five minutes to myself. I went on a much needed bike ride. I rode down town. I had forgot that there was a parade going through town that night. The people directing the parade wouldn't let me cut through to the river so I waited for the bike section to come by and I fell in line and waved to the crowd until I was at a point I could slip out and be on my way.
