This is my kids birthday cake of choice ever since Grammy made it on Ella's second birthday. This cake will be served tonight to a group of little girls coming over to wish Parker a happy birthday. One just like it went to Parker's school yesterday and the kids thought it was just beautiful. I'm pretty sure I have Andy to thank for it's original conception. So thank you Andy. This is one of the easiest cakes for a busy mom to make and my kids just love it.

It is currently 12:16 in the morning and I'm exercising my self-control to not eat this cake! However, I make no promises for what I will do six hours from now - although it will probably be the same thing since I don't want to steal the birthday girl's last piece of cake!
Wish we were all celebrating birthdays and Thanksgiving this month. Love and miss you loads. Guess there's not much chance of you surprising us and showing up at the door. Shucks.
