Two stories-
I teach the 5/6 year olds at church. Last week, Micheal (the only little boy in my class) was absent. So this week, I said Micheal we missed you last week." To which he relied, "Well Sister Knight, I was either really, really sick or I went camping". He is so cute. I have yet to see the color of his eyes because he smiles all the time and squints when he does so. He also informed us that he wants a pet bat, to eat the flies that get into the house.
Secondly, I was out mowing the yard today. When going to the backyard I told the girls and Jack "Don't let anyone in the front door while I'm out back." Then we had a conversation about what they should do if such a thing happened and also went through other scenarios. When we got to answering the phone I said, "Do we ever tell anyone our name over the phone." Ella replied, "If they ask me my name I would just say, No this is not Ella, it's pickle jar". My response, "Why pickle jar?". Ella, "Oh mom don't you know? That's my code name."
Funny, Funny.

I'm dying laughing....she's hilarious! Tell little Pickle Jar how much her Aunt Trevlyn loves her!
How funny!!! Ella and Parker sure come up with the cutest things. Please let Pickle Jar know how much we love her here in Oregon also.
What would we do without the wonderful humor and innocence of children. We are blessed with the best pickles. Thanks for making us all smile, laugh and count our blessings.
The bat idea is not too bad. Give pickle jar a hug and kiss from Aunt Boo. What a doll!
UPDATE! This morning I was reading Ella all the comments filled with love. She wants me to let you know that the ones that love her can call her Ella.
But Ella Grace is such a perfect name for that doll that I want to call her by her total name!!! I love Ella Grace (I also love hearing her called Ella Bella when I'm at your home!!) Grammy loves you and all the super duper, great grands.
